30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for standard, unused items in their original packaging.
- Note: As a small studio shipping internationally, customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
⚠️ The "Perfect Fit" Responsibility: Amazon’s naming is confusing, but selecting the correct model is the customer's responsibility.
- If you ordered the wrong size (e.g., a 6" case for a Paperwhite): We do not offer full refunds for sizing errors. DO NOT ship anything back yet! International shipping is expensive, and we have a much better "VIP Fix-It" Plan:
  1. Keep the case and receive a 50% OFF VIP Code to get the correct model immediately.
  2. Or, receive a Universal Mag-Plate to use our magnetic system on your current device at a special discounted rate.
Custom Case Policy: Because Custom-Printed items are uniquely handcrafted for you, they are Final Sale and non-refundable once production has begun. Please double-check your Kindle model before placing a custom order!
Fast Refunds: For approved returns (defective items), refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days once received and inspected at our hub.
