FAQ
Questions, answered
What does this case do?
This is a MagSafe-compatible Kindle case designed to work with grips, stands, charms, and straps.
It lets you customize how you hold, carry, and decorate your Kindle — without permanent rings or fixed attachments.
When paired with our suction-based magnetic grip, it offers more stability than standard snap-on grips.
Can I use wireless charging with this case?
This case supports MagSafe accessories but does not support magnetic wireless charging.
It is designed for grips, stands, and carry accessories rather than charging use.
What accessories work with this case?
You can use:
• Magnetic grips & stands
• Our suction-based grip charms
• Wrist straps & crossbody straps
• Decorative charms
All accessories can be attached and removed anytime.
Is it secure enough for MagSafe straps and charms?
Yes. Our suction + magnetic grip system creates a wider and more stable contact surface than traditional grips, helping your setup stay balanced and secure — even when using straps or charms.

Already my second order and I am so in love with the cases! They are of high quality, very practical and super beautiful. I really want to create more designs. Unfortunately, the colors on my case are a bit paler than on my template, so I have to keep this in mind in future designs. Nevertheless, I like the case very much.
Otherwise, the customer service was excellent and I was always helped when I had questions. Also, the delivery was much faster than expected. The case is worth every price.

Just the right product I have been looking for. Been looking for a magnetized case for my kobo libra colour so that I just can reposition my e-grips whenever I want. I love the quality too.. and so far no problem with the magnet interfering the function of my kobo.

Ordered on April 25th for Kobo Clara and still have not received my order. Recently canceled with no further remarks from the seller which I found a bit disappointing because I was very excited for this case.

Such a high quality case! Very sturdy, the magnetic back works well and grips quite well, and the finish feels really nice to hold.
